Rules when staying with us:
- Restricted dog breeds: Pit Bull breeds, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Chow
- Only two vehicles allowed per site. Extra vehicles will incur $75 mo fee & must be parked in storage
- Trailers & boats will incur an extra $75 mo fee & must be parked in storage
- Large commercial big rig style vehicles may incur an extra fee
- Fema Trailers & converted buses are not allowed
- RV must be equipped with a fully functioning black & gray septic tank
- RV's electrical system must be up to proper code & capable of running off of one 30 amp or 50 amp cord
- Window units are not allowed
